    What level of yoga experience is required?
    Our retreat welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to intermediate practitioners. Our sessions are designed to accommodate everyone, ensuring a comfortable and enriching experience for all.

    What should I bring?

    A detailed packing list will be provided, but essentials include comfortable clothing for yoga, sunscreen, a hat, and an open heart and mind. Yoga mats will be provided (bring personal if preferred)

    Can I book off-site activities through the villa?

    Yes! We’ll happily provide information on local activities and help with reservations.

    Are meals included?

    Yes, all meals are included. We offer a healthy and vegetarian menu with vegan options. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.

    How do I get to the villa from the airport?
    Airport transfers are arranged for all participants. Please share your flight details with us to ensure a smooth pickup.

    Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
    Your retreat package covers accommodation, meals, yoga and wellness activities, and specific group excursions outlined in our itinerary. Not included are airfare, travel insurance, visas (if required), personal shopping, and optional activities outside our schedule.
